Full moon ceremonies are believed to be a time of healing and letting go. Participants who are seeking emotional, mental, or spiritual healing may find solace and release through the events performed during these ceremonies.
Those who practice mindfulness and meditation might find full moon ceremonies to be a powerful way to enhance their practice. The energy of the full moon is said to amplify intentions and provide a conducive environment for introspection and mindfulness.

We will do a meditation and have a sound bath. Then, we will write our intentions from our current perspective. Next, we will write a list of what we need to release/change in order to accomplish our intentions list. Lastly, we will burn our release list.
